Client Obligations

• The Client agrees to adhere to platform policies of Meta, Google, and other digital platforms while using our Services.
• The Client must provide necessary and accurate information required for campaign execution.

Intellectual Property Rights

• All intellectual property rights in materials provided by the Client remain the property of the Client.
• Intellectual property created by Finleads during the provision of Services is owned by Finleads unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

• Finleads does not guarantee the success of marketing campaigns and is not liable for the results of any campaign.
• Finleads is not responsible for any account bans, suspensions, or restrictions due to violations of platform policies by the Client.
• Finleads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangibles.

Indemnification

• The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Finleads harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from the Client’s violation of these Terms or misuse of Services.

Termination

Modification of Terms
